Fancy climbing, crawl, bounce and slide their way through a giant inflatable obstacle course next year.
The Gung-Ho 5k has added a date in Poole to its 2017 schedule, setting up in Upton Country Park on August 26.
Runners have to tackle 10 obstacles along the way
Participants will set off in waves throughout the day between 9am and 2pm.
Runners can pick which hourly window they tackle the course, but places for each wave are limited.
Deadlines vary between May 29 and August 26, depending on which wave you sign up for, with places on the earlier waves as much as half the final price.
The Gung-Ho event has taken place all over the country this year including Nottingham, Newcastle, Kent, Cardiff, Liverpool and London.
It will also come to Southampton on June 17 next year.
The course route is created to suit each venue with obstacles and their order subject to change.
Everyone who takes part will get a race pack including a wave time wristband and race bib with a number.
All those who complete the course will receive a winners pack, featuring a Gung-Ho T-shirt and headband.
