SATURDAY night sees a collision of explosive break dance, award-winning film and a pumping soundtrack at Pavilion Dance, Bournemouth’s national dance house.
White Caps is a unique multi-media experience, transporting the audience from the confines of the theatre into a thrilling adventure.
Seamlessly blending award-winning cinematography with groundbreaking live dance, White Caps presents an epic tale of brotherhood. The journey of these two young men is set against a rich, filmed background of forests, valleys and mountains.
Visual highlights include huge, rotating images of the dancers on screen, gradually morphing into real dancers on stage.
White Caps is part of Pavilion Dance’s Art for a Fiver campaign, giving audiences the opportunity to enjoy performances and events for just £5.
White Caps starts at 8pm, with a post-show discussion following the performance.
