ONE of the world’s UK’s most inventive choreographers Henri Oguike presents a stunning new dance show at the Lighthouse Poole on Thursday.

The show will be a triple bill with a hand-picked quintet of world-class dancers.

Award winning British choreographer Henri Oguike is known for his adventurous spirit and passion for music that has seen him dubbed one of the most musical choreographers of his generation, brings three pieces to the venue, including a reimagining of Vivaldi’s seminal masterpiece, The Four Seasons in a striking new visual interpretation.

Also on the bill are two further works.

Duet: Untitled is influenced by the work of sculptor Henry Moore and psychologist Paul Eckman, this new duet is a short and portable piece, exploring light sound and movement and is a study in how expressions and gestures inform and affect the way we see movement.

While White Space is an imagined royal court whose inhabitants engage in flourishing gestures and sneaky one upmanship, blending clean modernist lines, with an archaic theatricality, courtly posturing sexed up with the ultra-cool grooves of modern seduction.
