PROVING his voice is just as memorable as his name, hotly-tipped singer-songwriter Benjamin Francis Leftwich gave an intimate show at the Old Fire Station.
Setting the mellow tone of the evening came support slots from Dido sound-alike Marika Hackman and Joe Janiak.
The predominantly student audience warmly welcomed Leftwich on stage, as he opened with the beautiful Pictures from his critically acclaimed debut album Last Smoke Before The Snowstorm.
The highlight of the night was a spellbinding performance of Butterfly Culture and a selection of future numbers from an as yet untitled release.
The angelic voiced singer closed with Atlas Hands and then stayed on to sign t-shirts and socialise with fans.
At just 21, Benjamin Francis Leftwich is certainly a name to remember.
