DORSET based band, Bird Jaguar returned home to Poole this week to support tribute band REM UK.
In front of an ecstatic Mr Kyps audience, they played a set that was just brimming with high energy.
Opening with the thumping Johnny A (surely a potential single?) the band then played a new song called Konichiwa that had the crowd dancing away.
A rocked up Top Heavy lived up to its name and the band closed this impressive gig on Daddy’s Girl, a tribute to the birth of bass player Eric's little baby girl.
Quite rightly the band returned to an encore and it was left for REM UK to pick up the baton.
Thankfully the audience were soon singing along with a well presented tribute set.
It was a great evening of music at Mr Kyp's that resulted in a lot of shiny happy people leaving the venue.
