RAPPER Dappy is no stranger to controversy and questionable headwear.
But Dappy, real name Costadinos Contostavlos, has been topping the charts with this year’s solo releases.
The N-Dubz star was supposed to visit Bournemouth in September but his rescheduled tour will now see him arrive on Tuesday evening at the O2 Academy Bournemouth.
His last solo single, Rockstar featured none other than poodle-haired Queen guitarist Brian May and did rather well in the charts.
Still a member of N-Dubz, Dappy is at pains to make it clear that his solo career is not to be misconstrued as a sign of the band’s demise, though it is understood that all three members are now working on solo projects.
In addition, Dappy has recently launched his own clothing brand MIGI Clothing, named after his sons Milo and Gino. Those outlandish hats should be perfect for the cold Christmas weather.
