MADNESS will be bringing one big party to town this week if their past form is anything to go by.

Suggs and Co can always be relied upon for a good time sing-along thanks to their embarrassment of riches when it comes to hit songs we all know and love.

Madness hit the big time in the 80s as they rode on a wave of ska and reggae and they are stopping off in Bournemouth on their biggest ever arena tour The Charge of The Mad Brigade.

They will play some new songs and you can expect to hear their 80s chart toppers Baggy Trousers, It Must Be Love, House of Fun, Driving In My Car and Our House.

And going by the last time Suggs spoke to the Echo the gig has come at the perfect time.

“It’s not quite an institution playing gigs at Christmas, but it’s heading that way,” he once told us.

“Christmas holidays, office parties and Madness. It’s a winning combination.”

Don’t expect anybody to be arguing with that in the Windsor Hall on Monday night.
