We are one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist services in education and care, mental health and learning disabilities. We provide services for over 1,300 individuals in 70 locations. We work with 14 public authorities and employ more than 3,500 people.

Although our work embraces many specialist disciplines, it is united by a common purpose – to actively enable each and every one of the people in our care to achieve their personal best, however it is defined by them or for them.

We have 2 successful residential special needs schools in Dorset (one in Swanage and the other near Blandford Forum) catering for young people between the ages of 7 and 19 and also 2 care homes (one in Southbourne, Bournemouth and the other in Lower Parkstone, Poole) for young people aged 16 – 25 all with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorders and other associated disorders.

Our young people need help and support with daily routines such as brushing teeth, bathing and getting dressed. Staff also enable and guide them to access the community and access a wide range of activities.

If you are looking for a career in Care, we currently have vacancies for Support Workers and Night Support Workers at very competitive rates with company benefits.
