JOAN BURGESS The family of the late Joan Burgess would like to thank everyone who attended her funeral, sent cards, messages of sympathy and donations in her memory to Dementia UK. A very special thank you to the Old Rectory Care Home for the wonderful care of Mum and support to her family. Thanks also to Rob Hazel for a lovely service, Ricky and staff for catering and Malcolm and all at James Smith. Please accept this as the Family's personal message of Thanks.
