ROURKE PETER Peter's family thank the kind and efficient carers from Nurse Plus, Doctors Evans and Smith at Wessex Road Surgery and the community Nurses for their excellent care. Also, Amanda and friends at Vicarage Court and Sam at Poole Adult Social Services. Dad died with diginity and comfort at Chine Breeze Nursing Home.
