STOCKLEY Patricia (Pat) Passed away peacefully on 25th March 2018 at Poole Hospital, aged 74 years. Dearly loved Mum of Richard and Andrew, and to Claire and Jo, a loving Nana to her four Granddaughters and a dear Sister to Ann and Ruth. Funeral Service at Poole Crematorium on Friday 20th April at 12:00 noon. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired, for The British Lung Foundation may be sent to W.
