BRIARS SYLVIA EDITH On 16th November 2014 in Poole Hospital, aged 89 years. Loved and sadly missed by all her family and friends. Now reunited with her loving husband Ralph. The family wish to thank all the staff at Poole Hospital Stroke Unit, for all their kind support. Funeral service to be held at Poole Crematorium on Friday 5th December at 12.00pm.
