HART (née PARKINSON) JEANETTE "Jan" Peacefully on 20th September 2014, at her home, aged 67 years. A much loved Wife to Alan, Mum to Alison and James, Granny to Nathan. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service at Poole Crematorium on Thursday, 2nd October at 12 noon.
