ADRIAN TAYLOR aged 69 of Shore Road, Poole. Admitted driving a Mini Cooper on Haven Road with 115 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order made to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. To pay victim surcharge of £60. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months. To be reduced by 182 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

Also admitted stealing groceries and food to the value of £298.98, belonging to Morrisons, West Bay Road, Bridport. Also admitted driving a Vauxhall Zafira on the A354 at Dorchester whilst disqualified. Also admitted driving without insurance. Also admitted taking the above vehicle without the owner’s consent at Palmerston Close, Poole. Committed to prison for a total of 22 weeks. To pay victim surcharge of £80. Costs £85. Admitted on August 31, 2013, in the Wareham Channel in Poole Harbour he obstructed a water bailiff in that he prevented him from searching a vessel and examining fish which he was authorised to examine under Section 31. Fined £200. To pay victim surcharge of £20.

SHAUN CLIFFORD JOHN SELBY aged 43 of Middlebere Crescent, Turlin Moor, Poole. Admitted, on August 21, 2013, contravening Article 19 of Council Regulation for the conservation of fishery resources, by retaining bass under the minimum prescribed size of 36cm. Also admitted being in a place where fishing is regulated by a system of licensing and did take fish, namely a sea trout using a gill net, when no licence was in place entitling him to do so. Fined a total of £200. Costs £200.

KANE DUTCH BRUCE aged 29 of Haymoor Road, Poole. Admitted on 20/06/2014 at Poole, taking a Mazda, Reg No OY55 YUN, for the use of himself and another, and before it was recovered, owing to the driving of the vehicle, an accident occurred by which damage was caused to the vehicle and a wall at Sea View Road, Poole. Restraining order made not to contact a person, save through social services or solicitors for the purpose of child contact.

AARON REGINALD SAUNDERS aged 28 of no fixed abode. Convicted of breach of a non-molestation order – Family Law Act 1996. On 15/12/2013 at Upper Terrace Road, Bournemouth pestered a person by attending her address, phoned her, sent text messages and posted a letter through her letterbox, which was prohibited from doing. Committed to prison for six weeks.
