A drug dealer who went on the run during his trial has been found by police.

Dean McLeod, 33, of Damwood Road, Speke, Liverpool, was sentenced in his absence to six years imprisonment for his involvement in a conspiracy to sell nearly £200,000 of cocaine in Dorset.

He was arrested in Merseyside on June 17.

The ringleader of the conspiracy, Scott Woods, 25, of West Road, West Lulworth, is still on the run.
