A SECOND man has been arrested on suspicion of murder following the disappearance of a Poole Hospital nurse.
Rui Li, 44, was reported missing by her family on Tuesday morning.
Today, police were seen searching an area of woodland between Burnham Drive and Howard Road in Bournemouth.
Forensics officers were at the scene throughout the day, and the site, which can be reached by a pathway leading from the side of a property in Burnham Drive, has been cordoned off.
Trained sniffer dogs have also been involved in the search.
Ms Li left Poole Hospital, where she has worked since April 2009, at around 6pm on Friday.
Her car, a silver Porsche, was seen leaving the hospital car park at 6.17pm.
The distinctive silver Boxster, with personalised number-plate L1 RUY, was recovered by scenes of crime officers outside a property at Wolverton Road, Boscombe, on Thursday.
Investigators have also examined a number of addresses in Boscombe and Southbourne, including Ms Li's home, in Burnham Drive.
Properties at Wolverton Road, Spring Road, and Meon Road have also been inspected, as well as Cromer Motors in St Clement's Road.
A 60-year-old Bournemouth man was arrested on suspicion of murder in the early hours of Wednesday morning, and police were granted extra time to question him yesterday.
A spokesperson from the force confirmed yesterday that a 26-year-old man, also known to the nurse, has been arrested on suspicion of murder as well.
He is currently being questioned by detectives.
