CHERRIES’ new kit will have a familiar feel, with their third shirt featuring yellow and navy last seen in the 90s.

It now means all three jerseys have been released ahead of the new Premier League season, following a pin-stripe home shirt featuring classic red and black, as well as the waves-based light blue away shirt.

The yellow and navy halves are a strong reminder of the kit worn between 1996 and 1998.

Not only do they follow the same colour layout, but the neckline also features similar diagonal stripes of the Patrick manufactured kit from last century, albeit without the large collar.

Cherries will don their third strip for the first time this weekend, when they welcome FC Lorient to Vitality Stadium in their final pre-season friendly.

The new kit is already available for purchase, available at £65 in adult sizes from either the club’s superstore or online.

Youth sizes will be sold for £45, whilst season ticket holders will receive a 10 per cent discount, in line with the other two strips.

Once again fans will be able to purchase a replica shirt without the sponsor logo, whilst those requiring further adaptations are encouraged to contact the superstore either in person or via email.
