THE DEVELOPERS behind a residential waterfront scheme in Poole have scooped three awards.

London Land Group won in three categories at the UK Property Awards 2023-2024.

The Waterfront, located at West Quay Harbour, was recognised for its excellence in architectural design, and development in the categories of Architecture Multiple Residence, Apartment Development and Residential Development 20+ Units.

The UK Property Awards feature a judging panel of more than 80 independent industry experts.

Criteria for the awards encompass design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and a commitment to sustainability.

The Waterfront offers a selection of 1, 2, 3 bed and penthouse duplex apartments and premium amenities, including an entrance lobby and concierge, communal courtyard with office pods, two furnished resident club lounges, and exclusive roof terraces with views out across the harbour.

A new promenade and public realm will offer external seating and commercial spaces offering local amenities.

The marketing suite at the foot of the Twin Sales Bridge is now open, with a show home expected early 2024. Apartments are set to complete in summer 2024.

Prices are from £278,250 for a one bedroom to £1.1m for the three-bedroom penthouses.

London Land Group and Benchmark Architects which supported London Land Group’s internal design team, will be honoured at the UK Property Awards on 10 November at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.

It will then be revealed if they will go through to the International Property Awards where an awards ceremony will be held at the end of the year.
