A MAN who was arrested following the discovery of a large cannabis factory at an address in Bournemouth will face no further police action.
Dorset Police officers executed a warrant on a Winton address last week and found the haul of class B drug plants.
The force has now confirmed to the Daily Echo that around 200 cannabis plants were seized from the address.
Providing an update on enquiries, a Dorset Police spokeswoman said: "A 24-year-old man of no fixed abode who was arrested in connection with the incident has subsequently been released without charge.
"The matter remains under investigation."
Alongside the seized plants, officers found equipment typically used to support the growth of cannabis when they carried out the warrant on July 22.
Multiple marked police cars were present during the operation, which was carried out by the neighbourhood policing team.
