OFFICERS have appealed for the public's help after two women had their bags stolen at a Bournemouth hotel.
Police are carrying out enquiries in relation to the theft and subsequent bank card fraud.
The force said between 8.55am and 9.20am on Tuesday , June 1, two women had their bags stolen while they were using the facilities at the Elstead Hotel on Knyveton Road.
The bags contained clothes, keys, a phone and wallets containing bank cards. It is reported that one of the bank cards was subsequently used in a number of shops in Christchurch Road.
As reported, two women had their belongings stolen while they were using the swimming pool at the Bournemouth hotel.
In a statement issued on July 29, Dorset Police released a CCTV image of a man officers would like to speak with.
Police Community Support Investigator Paul Bosley, of Dorset Police, said: “I am appealing for anyone who recognises the man pictured to please contact us.”
