A MAN who has once again breached the terms of his criminal behaviour order has avoided an immediate prison term.
Abdul Aziz Choon, 42, broke the terms of the order on two occasions last month.
A hearing at Poole Magistrates’ Court on June 1 was told Choon, of Gerald Road, Bournemouth, was drunk and in possession of an open alcohol container in a public part of Charminster Road, Bournemouth, on May 6.
Nine days later he failed to follow the order by using threatening, abusive and insulting words or behaviour in the same road.

The defendant was committed to prison for 26 weeks, suspended for 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay £128 surcharge and £85 costs, along with £10.50 compensation to Sainsbury’s.
