A MAN who broke the terms of a criminal behaviour order eight times has been jailed for 20 weeks.
Abdul Aziz Choon, 41, of Ensbury Park Road, Bournemouth admitted being drunk in a public place in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth when prohibited by the order on May 18.
He also pleaded guilty to assaulting a man by beating him on the same occasion.
Choon had earlier been given a suspended prison sentence for entering parts of Bournemouth town centre seven times despite being banned.
He was given a 20-week prison sentence and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128.
