Car park scrapes are so expensive

WHY is it that people can commit the crime of leaving the scene of an accident in a car park and get away with it scot free.

I drive a classic ’80s car which, when I bought it, every panel was straight.

I have had it six months and have had two scrapes on the corner of the bumpers, four dents in the door, one caused by an old lady swinging her door open so hard it made me think I had been shot at.

If I was incompetent enough to scrape someone else’s car I would leave my details or even offer to just pay for the repairs but no, it’s a car park so anything goes.

So, remember next time you hit an old car in a car park it costs a lot of money and time and is a crime like any other.
