THE winding-up petition issued by HM Revenue and Customs against Cherries has this morning been dismissed at Liverpool Combined Court.
Dean Court chairman Eddie Mitchell confirmed to the Daily Echo on Saturday that the club's legacy debt to the tax man had been cleared.
