DETECTIVES investigating an armed robbery at a Poole jeweller’s have released CCTV images of a woman and two men they want to track down.

Helen Molloy, director at Forum Jewellers in The Broadway, Broadstone , was working in a back office when masked raiders struck at 10.55 am on Tuesday, September 11.

Speaking following her ordeal she told the Daily Echo how one raider had waved a gun at her and shouted ‘get down.’ While terrified staff obeyed the command the gang used sledgehammers to smash open cabinets before fleeing with thousands of pounds worth of watches and jewellery in a getaway car.

Among stolen items were two shelves of Citizen watches, worth around £200 each, and some diamond rings.

Four men and a woman made their escape in a dark-coloured Chrysler car which was found abandoned in Lytham Road, Broadstone.

No-one was injured during the raid and Helen later thanked her staff and the Broadstone community for their support.

The suspects were last seen running through a pathway towards Wallace Road and getting into a pale blue-coloured small vehicle which drove off towards Darby’s Corner roundabout.

Det Sgt Julie Dransfield from Poole and Bournemouth CID said: “Following further enquiries I am now able to release CCTV images.

“I am very keen to speak to those pictured as they may have information which will assist in our investigation.

“If anyone recognises the woman and two men I would ask them to contact me urgently.”

Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset police in confidence on 101 quoting incident number 11:133 or else call the anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111.
