Crash woman still stable in hospital

POLICE have renewed their appeal for witnesses to a head-on collision in Poole which left a woman with serious injuries.

The crash happened on the A35 Bournemouth Road at 1.15pm on Saturday, February 9, at Castle Hill, between Sandecotes Road and Mansfield Road. It involved a blue Renault Clio and silver Renault Megane.

A woman in the Clio was taken to Poole Hospital with severe injuries and remains in a very serious but stable condition.

She is likely to remain there for the next few days.

Witnesses of the collision is asked to contact Dorset Police on 101 quoting incident number 232.
