TWO popular artists have come together to paint a new image for charity which will be available as a limited edition at Westover Gallery, Bournemouth from Saturday.

Alexander Millar, creator of the now famous Newcastle Gadgie, joined forces with the artist known as Rain Man, Jeff Rowland, to create an original piece featuring Millar’s Gadgie dancing in Rowland’s rain.

When the original was snapped up for £15,000, the artists decided to create a one-off limited edition that could be sold to raise funds for the Red Balloon Appeal at Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
