A CONSTRUCTION company in Poole has moved into new premises and taken on two new staff.

Through Sibbett Gregory, Greendale has purchased Unit 6, Old Generator House on Bourne Valley Road in Poole, which forms part of a substantial Victorian building. The property comprises about 2,585 sq ft of offices spread over three floors, a large conference room and plenty of on-site parking.

Greendale has also recruited Rob Vella as its new electrical manager and Stephanie Selby as trainee office administrator.

Stephanie is working towards an NVQ2 in business administration.

On-going projects include a £200,000 school extension in Weymouth as well as school projects in Corfe Mullen and Bournemouth, and work for Bournemouth and Poole councils.

Greendale director Rob Hooker said: “Moving into our new improved premises was a part of our planned business development structure. We hope we can grow and develop the business further.”

Sibbett Gregory is now seeking a tenant for Greendale’s old premises in Lower Parkstone.
