HOW I heartily agree with your correspondent regarding the non-collection of grass cuttings.
Apart from being unsightly I would have thought it unwise for, as I witnessed in Wortley Road, Highcliffe a few days ago, the cuttings are either left on the verge or pavement or blown into the gulley where they must contribute to the drains getting blocked.
Surely, they could be collected and composted, which would also be more eco-friendly. Come on Council, change this practice.
