COULD Poole Council explain why they charge £1.60 to park for five minutes between 5.55pm and 6.00pm and then another £1.60 to park until 8.00am the following morning?
The car parking scales are not clear and we will certainly not be visiting again. We were flabbergasted to have to pay £3.20 to park for one and a half hours from 5.55pm to 7.35pm.
The whole system needs changing in order to attract the desperately needed tourism.
