WHY is it that we can only have green bins if we pay, yet have to pay for lights that some will no longer have the safety of?
Are Sandbanks/Canford Cliffs so dangerous that they must have lights, when other areas will not?
The actual cost savings are so minute in the context of the overall council budget, that this is meaningless.
An empty gesture, that may cost someone’s life on a dark night, or how much will injury cases cost if someone trips and falls on a dark pavement?
Keep the lights on, or all except major roads go off.
