I WANTED to wish Mr Philip Whitelegg a very happy 90th birthday.
He has been involved in the council and the running of Bournemouth town for many, many years, and always did so with a fair and enthusiastic way.
He helped my family many years ago, and I will never forget it. If future councillors followed his lead, I am sure we would have a future town of success and prosperity.
Best wishes Mr Whitelegg for many more years to come.
