VIEWING the disappointing trading figures published this week, my wife said that she was not surprised; she has shopped at Tesco for a long time but now apart from escalating prices she gets frustrated at items being moved from one place to another and it takes ages to find them. Now she shops at other stores for many items.

Tesco should remember that customer do not like change just because managers think it is a good idea to make people search for products.
