IN these days of ever-increasing complaints about our National Health Service, I thought that you might like to print my story as an encouragement that Bournemouth really does have a good service.
I recently had an operation in the Royal Bournemouth Hospital and I was treated with the best possible care and respect. After my operation I was put on the urology ward and the staff there were brilliant. There were a lot of gentlemen older than myself on this ward, but the patience of the staff was incredible.
Now we turn to the food – the choice was great with two hot meals a day if you wanted, all this interspersed with tea and coffee all day. So what can I say but a big thank-you to all the staff at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
