HERE we go again. The town hall anti-dog brigade are on the march busy churning out more petty rules and regulations.

In a time of severe economic restraint with services slashed and municipal amenities reduced it seems that Jobsworth can still find the time and scarce resources to continue to target the dog-owning community. Obviously there is still considerable expensive spare capacity and waste in the town hall despite claims of rationalisation!

Never mind about more costly public consultation exercises designed to justify flawed policies.

Tackle the real environmental issue of human detritus which blight our beaches, parks and open spaces.
