There has been much said about the state of our streets lately to which I agree, the pavements and roads are absolutely disgusting!
Surely the answer to this is simple? We read most days about people receiving community service for various offences.
So how about putting them to work cleaning up, I am sure this would appease the public to see that community service means exactly that.
I for one sometimes wonder if this order is ever carried out and if so what exactly do they do?
