I read the article by Melanie Vass in Saturday’s Echo first with amusement then disbelief.
Am I to understand that there is a war going on to collect our bags of clothes put out for charities?
I don’t think so. My first bag of clothes was put out a week ago – no collection. In the meantime another bag was put through the letter box, so I transferred the clothes from one bag to another and left that out – no collection.
A third bag has arrived so I have done the same thing again.
If it doesn’t go this time can somebody come and steal it, please?
