Ofsted completely ignores the obvious. It is not better TEACHERS that children with Special Educational Needs need so much as better DISCIPLINE – and teachers need the right to administer it! If only David Cameron would keep his promise to scrap the malign Human Rights Act, we would see a life-enhancing behavioural revolution, not just in our schools, but in our whole society!
