I EASILY remember the Swimming Baths at Pier Approach, as seen in Snapshots September 9. My query is, how much larger is the Imax Building compared to the old Baths premises? Who demolished them and why?
The point I am making is, the site became a car park and only because of that opened up the sea view, which people now complain about having lost.
I suggest, the flyover is in fact a greater eyesore.
Can anyone say that the BIC is somehow attractive compared to the Imax.
