In the Echo of June 15 the article about racist texts states, in the factfile on page four, that I split with the Conservatives after circulating an email about Noah’s Ark.
Just to put the record straight I did not circulate the email. It was already in circulation and all I did was to add a note at the bottom: “I suppose now it would be illegal to have just animals of the opposite sex”.
