I am writing on behalf of the old folks who live in Wimborne House, Wimborne Road, who are having great difficulty in getting to Winton for shopping and to visit the doctor as bus 36 no longer appears to be running along this route.
We have to walk to Cemetery Junction to catch a bus, and for some of us this is impossible.
When asking the bus company the reason for the non-arrival of 36 the answer is: “Don’t blame us – it’s the traffic” – whatever that means. Would it be possible for someone to let us know why this bus was with-drawn, leaving us high and dry?
