I sincerely hope the article in Wednesday’s Echo is a serious lesson to the taxi driver (My midnight robbery terror, Daily Echo, October 28).
The lady in question was honest with him to say that she only had £4.
She could have got to her destination then told him that was all she had and run, but she didn’t.
