I am so angry that I can hardly speak.

My daughter and her son had their bikes stolen on Bank Holiday Monday from outside Waitrose, Winton.

The bikes were chained to a post, but still some scumbags managed to cut the chains and steal the bikes – and of course nobody saw anything.

What makes me so angry is that the people responsible don’t care what impact it has on my daughter and her son’s lives.

The bikes are their sole means of transport.

My daughter is a single parent and she cannot afford to replace the bikes.

She had already saved hard to get them in the first place.

It makes me mad because it was probably kids that stole the bikes and when they take them home, do their parents not wonder where they got them from, don’t they ask questions?

Or do they think it’s OK to go out with old bikes and come back with new ones, do they not ask where they got them from?
