There has been a lot of correspondence in the Echo regarding the proposed siting of Poole Town Football Club at Branksome. There are 42 well paid councillors across the town to bring the views of residents to the council.
One councillor in Branksome has supported the views of his residents. That is his job and he should be applauded for his actions.
He is not in the controlling party and not on the powerful cabinet committee, which is undemocratic as it is of one party and will have the final say.
