Just a quick question for all your readers.

I was wondering whether any of you has had problems with your telephone landline companies?

The reason why I ask this, is that my elderly father hasn’t had a phone for a week since our landline provider, Virgin Media, has got down.

Have any other readers had problems with their phone provider?
