AT any one time, you can look out onto Poole Bay and see up to five cruise liners claiming squatters’ rights on the waters.
Engines running, they pump pollution into the atmosphere.
The ferry owners are doing this with impunity knowing that they can have free harbour along our coastline.
It is high time that they were moved on> Surely the owners of these gargantuan ships have their own mooring sites? If not, why not?
At the very least the ship`s owners should be made to pay a contribution to the council tax that we all have to pay.
It is time that cruise liner owners paid up or got out.
