COUNCILLOR Ray Bryant first of all claims that the council does not cut the grass areas because this helps the wildlife. He forgot to mention at that point that it saves £96,000 for the budget.
Now he says that “It is important to reinstate car parking charges”. I think the reason is again for the budget and not for the public’s benefit.
But remember you must obey their rules for paying.
Customer care does not come into the equation for the highways department.
