THERE has been a lot in the news about mental health and wellbeing as this is Mental Health Week.
As a local charity, we would like to let the community know about the work we are doing to support local children and young people.
Our charity provides counselling to those aged 5-19. Over the past 20 years, we have helped hundreds of children and young people in the BCP area with many issues, including anxitey, stress, anger and self-harm.
Covid-19 is a risk to our physical health, but the lockdown is a risk to our mental health. There are hundreds of vulnerable children in our community that would benefit from a safe, non-judgemental person to talk to.
We are here to provide free, confidential counselling with no wait time via Zoom. If you, or someone one you know could use our service, please get in touch. Or if you would like to support our charity, we would also love to hear from you. Our mental health and wellbeing is as important as our physical health.
