Ban use of mobile phones in shops
I WELCOME some stores and supermarkets stopping the annoying background music.
At the same time, they should consider banning the excessive use of mobile phones.
Most of the conversations you are forced to overhear are trivial and pointless – they should be concentrating on their shopping!
