I WANTED to write to say a heartfelt thank you to the unbelievably brave fishermen who saved the lady whose car went into the sea at Sandbanks on Monday.
Their quick thinking and skill in surrounding the car and pushing it away from the open water and their bravery saved her life and brought a dreadful incident to a positive ending for both the lady and for those who had witnessed the incident.
I would also like to add that the crass comments about the incident on the web page were beyond belief.
Thank goodness for the good people in the area whose actions speak far louder than these mindless words.
Our thoughts and best wishes go to the lady in the car, whatever the circumstances.
